1. What a contribution is
Contributions made through our Support page are voluntary payments that fund the development, infrastructure, security, and long-term future of Everything Awaken. They are not the purchase of a live product. As a thank-you, every contributor receives a Lifetime Redemption Code, delivered to the email address used at payment once Awaken officially launches.
2. Cancellation
A contribution is completed instantly through Razorpay, so there is no ongoing subscription to cancel. If you wish to cancel a contribution you have just made, contact us using the details below before your redemption code is delivered.
3. Refund eligibility
- Eligible: You may request a full refund of your contribution at any time before your Lifetime Redemption Code has been delivered — including before launch. Just email us; no reason is required.
- Not eligible: Once your Lifetime Redemption Code has been delivered to you, or once it has been redeemed, the contribution is non-refundable, as the reward has been provided.
- Duplicate or accidental payments are always refunded in full on request.
4. How to request a refund
Email help@everythingawaken.com from the email address used for the contribution, with your Razorpay Payment ID (from your payment confirmation) and the amount. If it isn't resolved within 48 hours, email our founder directly at reet@everythingawaken.com.
5. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are processed through Razorpay back to your original payment method. Refunds are typically completed within 5–7 business days, though the exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider. We do not charge any fee to process a refund.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Everything Awaken moves from pre-launch to launch. Any change will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date and will not affect a refund request already in progress.
